1 · Who is responsible
Fetch (@Drippy_Fetch_Bot) and fetch.drippyworld.com are operated by Kaplex Industries Inc., British Columbia, Canada. We are the controller of the small amount of personal data described here. Contact us through the bot.
2 · No accounts, no wallets
There is no signup and no account. Fetch never connects to a wallet and never receives your keys, seed phrase or signatures. If you choose to buy something, you send SOL from your own wallet to a public address; the only thing we see is what everyone sees on the Solana network.
3 · Messages: read transiently, to fetch your recap
To produce a /recap, Fetch processes recent messages from the group he is in (the group only ever sees a 👍; the recap goes to you by DM). Message content is processed transiently — it is used to build the recap and is not kept as a permanent archive. Recap text may be produced with the help of an automated language model; the message content sent for that purpose is used only to write the recap.
Fetch otherwise stays quiet. He responds when you reply to him, @ him, or use a command.
4 · What is stored
The dog keeps a short ledger, and only what the game needs:
- Telegram user IDs, usernames/display names, and group IDs;
- game state: sticks, centimeters, badges, ranks, cooldowns, raffle tickets, duel and table records, shop items and effects;
- payment matching data: the quoted amount, the public address, the on-chain transaction that matched it;
- basic operational logs (errors, command usage, timestamps) kept briefly to keep him running;
- if you use the website intake form: the name, handle, group and plan you type, sent to us as a Telegram message.
5 · What is not done
We do not sell personal data. We do not use it for advertising. We do not share it except with the providers needed to run the service (hosting, database, the Telegram Bot API, a language-model provider for recap text), each bound to use it only for that purpose, or where the law requires.
6 · The website
This site is static. We use privacy-respecting, cookieless page analytics (Vercel Analytics) that counts visits without identifying you. Links out (Telegram, Drippy Rewards, X, Dexscreener, the BC SPCA) go to services with their own policies.
7 · Retention and deletion
Game state is kept for as long as Fetch is in your group and the game exists. Message content for recaps is not retained beyond producing the recap. To have your game record deleted, message @Drippy_Fetch_Bot from the Telegram account in question; group admins can remove Fetch from a group at any time.
8 · Where it lives
Data may be stored and processed in Canada, the United States, or wherever our hosting providers operate. By using Fetch you accept that.
9 · Your rights
Under Canadian privacy law (and, where it applies, other laws such as the GDPR), you can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or complain to your local privacy authority (in Canada, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner). Ask through the bot.
10 · Children
Fetch is not for anyone under 18, and Telegram itself requires users to be at least 16. If we learn we hold data on a child, we delete it.
11 · Changes
We may update this bylaw by posting a new version here with a new date. See also the bylaws (terms).
