The bylaws.

These are the terms. Written by the Commission, read by the dog, binding on the pack.

// last stamped · 2026-08-25

Bylaw 1 · Who runs the yard

Fetch (@Drippy_Fetch_Bot) and this website (fetch.drippyworld.com) are operated by Kaplex Industries Inc., a company incorporated in British Columbia, Canada ("we", "us", "the Commission"). By adding Fetch to a group, talking to him, or using this site, you agree to these bylaws. If you do not agree, do not throw the stick.

Bylaw 2 · The service is free

Fetch is a free Telegram bot. There is no subscription, no account, and no signup. You do not need to pay anything to use him. We may change, pause, or retire Fetch, any command, or any game at any time, with or without notice. He is a dog; availability is not guaranteed.

Bylaw 3 · No wallet connecting. Ever.

Fetch never connects to, reads, or controls your crypto wallet. There is no connect button, no signature request, no "verification". Anyone asking you to connect a wallet, sign a message, or share a seed phrase in Fetch's name is not Fetch. Do not do it, and tell us.

Bylaw 4 · Payments are voluntary and on-chain

Some in-game items (treats, curses, blessings, vault entries and the like) can be bought. Buying is optional. A purchase is a voluntary transfer of SOL on the Solana network from a wallet you control to a public address we publish, matched by the exact amount Fetch quotes. The quoted amount is the receipt. We do not hold your funds, custody your keys, or move anything on your behalf.

On-chain transfers are final. There are no refunds. If you send the wrong amount, send to the wrong address, or change your mind, we may not be able to help, and we are not obligated to. Network fees are yours. Purchases buy in-game items and effects only; they have no cash value, cannot be redeemed, and may be changed or removed as the game changes.

Bylaw 5 · Where the money goes

We publish the split of every purchase (currently 50% to prize pools, 25% to the $DRPY warchest, 25% to operations) and the public wallet address. Publishing it is a courtesy and a habit, not a contract: the split may change, and we will update the site when it does.

Bylaw 6 · Games, raffles, tournaments

Fetch runs games in the group: /fetch, /duel, /rps, /blackjack, /hangman, a weekly raffle and the Weekly Fetch Open. These are community prize pools funded by the splits above. Raffle draws use a commit/reveal scheme: a hash is committed before tickets sell and the draw is checked against it. Prizes, odds, rarity tables and schedules are described on the site and in the bot and may change. Where a prize is paid out, it is paid on-chain to the address the winner gives; we are not responsible for a wrong address.

You must be 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to take part in anything involving SOL. It is your responsibility to know whether taking part is lawful where you are. If it is not, do not take part. We may exclude regions, groups or people at our discretion.

Bylaw 7 · Sticks are measured in centimeters

Also: stick names, rarities, badges, ranks, the Bone Vault and the Solid Gold Bone are game content. They are ours (or our licensors'). You get a personal, non-transferable licence to enjoy them inside the game and nothing more.

Bylaw 8 · Your conduct

Do not use Fetch to spam, harass, defraud, or break Telegram's terms or any law. Do not try to exploit, reverse-engineer, flood, or cheat the bot or its games. Group admins are responsible for their groups. We may remove Fetch from a group, or block a user, for any reason.

Bylaw 9 · Not advice

Nothing here, on the site, or from the dog is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. $DRPY and any other token are third-party assets we do not issue or control. Mentions, charts and links are for information only.

Bylaw 10 · As-is, and the limits of liability

Fetch and this site are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kaplex Industries Inc., its directors, staff and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of funds, tokens, data or goodwill, arising from your use of Fetch or this site. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to CAD $100.

Bylaw 11 · Third parties

Fetch runs on Telegram and the Solana network, neither of which we operate. Links to other sites (Drippy Rewards, X, Dexscreener, the BC SPCA and others) go to places we do not control.

Bylaw 12 · Changes and law

We may amend these bylaws by posting a new version here with a new date. Continued use after that is acceptance. These bylaws are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, and the courts of British Columbia have exclusive jurisdiction.

Bylaw 13 · Complaints

Complaints go to Steve from HR, who is a trash can. Real questions go to the Commission via @Drippy_Fetch_Bot. See also the privacy bylaw.
